Would it be impossible to revert Rek'Sai's rework?

When Rek'Sai got reworked, she lost the one thing that made her super-unique: her global map presence. Exchanging it for a dash/finisher attack, IMO, was not a worthwhile exchange, and just put her into a powercreep competition with other finisher assassins like etc. A competition where Rek'Sai presently is on the losing side.

Yes, she's not being touched because she's not one of League's "big bucks" Champions like etc., but they did go back on the Leblanc rework a little while ago, so it's not inconceivable that they could revert Rek'Sai back to pre-rework (perhaps with a few tweaks).

Giving Rek'Sai back her global presence would give people a reason to play her, and give her a gameplay advantage over other conventional assassins. Just make the cooldown long even in late-game and you'll give opponents enough opportunity to play around her.
