When Reddit brought this up and said "Assassin marksman boyz.", RiotSpiffy confirmed it: "Are you dead on? Eye don't really know."

Wait, u never heard of Twitch ? I case you didn't notice, he's not very good at his job. before they make a new one they should just overhaul this guy.
