I don't so much want tier three boots back

Irelia Bot··1 votes·171 views

I want to be able to buy two tier 2 boot upgrades with the same item slot. No changes to the costs of these upgrades

Nerf boots of speed to 20 movement speed and make most boot upgrades +15 movement speed outside of mobility (+0 or +100) and swiftness (+25).

The code form Viktor's hextech core could be used as a starting point to make this work.

What do you mean? You want to be able to combine the passives of already existing boots or..?

In other words you can bet Ionain and Sorcer boots together or Merc and Tabi together

One for each foot and only using one item slot
