A reasonable Lee Sin nerf

It's no lie that Lee sin has been extremely popular and really powerful for the last few months and the new patch doesn't really change that. He's always been one of the main reasons Jungle Tanks struggled because he out-farms, out-levels and out-ganks them while dealing more damage than them.

This isn't about tanks though, he needs some changes anyways and I think there's ONE aspect about him that needs nerfs.

His Ultimate COOLDOWN. Just with a item 1408 his cd at rank 1 is 72 seconds. This is insane and makes him throw it out every time he has it for a reliable RQQ combo or simply for the extra damage, or more commonly to completely seal the deal in a gank by throwing you into the enemy.

I think its cool down is too low considering he already has a lot of other ways to gank and be relevant in the early game, where he's supposed to shine. The damage is already high and it's a very versatile tool yet its CD is just way too low for how powerful it is.

So yeah, if something HAS to change it should be his R.

This just in: The Lee Sin rework was reasonable as well.

Lee Doesnt need to be nerfed.... they need to change the way the jungle works. Currently there is a shit ton of Catchup XP and they nerfed standard XP gain. This means that Actually farming your jungle gives you like 5xp. This makes lee really strong. He can gank and then when he falls behind he kills 3 camps and he is back in action. Its an inherent problem in the jungle. Not Lee Sin.

Yes Lee's ult CD needs to be nerfed but there's one other thing that should be addressed at the same time, he shouldn't be able to flash after he begins casting his R.

It's also quite possible that R nerfs will never fix Lee's issues because of his insane pre-6. In this case you'd need to hit his absurd Q damage as well.

Personally I'd say just slap him with all 3 of these changes at once, damned be the consequences. If it makes him too weak, good. It's about time Lee got some "time out of the spotlight" anyway.

I'd totally be fine with Lee if they gave him back his 150 damage on R but increased the CD to 120
