[LSC & RIOT?] What's the difference between Elise & Lee Sin?

You see Elise SO many times in the LCS. She's always banned by the pro players and sometimes you see her banned a lot in high elos as well. She doesn't have much skins and when you nerf something in her kit she becomes in the bottom shit list in LOLKING. But when Riot buffs her she sky rockets back to the top.

In Lee's case, he is also in LCS a lot too but I see Elise more than him. Lee Sin has A LOT of skins and in terms of nerfs I haven't seen one honestly... lol his kit is heavy utility/mobility just like Elise except Lee is better.

So why does Elise not get that much spotlight like Lee Sin in terms of Skin and Balancing? o_O
