I've been seeing people say how Veigar's ult is op despite being a fairly close range ult execution, but Cait's isn't even though it's basically an AD version of Veigar ult, only drawback being it can be intercepted, so where is her ult SO different balance wise vs Veigar's ult? Hell Vei's ult doesn't even get reduced cooldown if it fails.
JackMcSnipeyz9 votesfirst of all no one complains about veigar's ult, it's really strong but he's a late game hypercarry AP that scales if you let him.
And just for the record even tho i think both abilities are fine as they are: Cait ult can be blocked. Cait's ult doesnt execute. Cait's damage doesnt scale infinatly. Cait's ult gives you plenty of reaction time.
