I don't know if everyone knows this, but if you are blue side if you on the bottom portion of the platform, you lose the ability to shop. That's because it's based off of the shopkeeper and not the platform itself. Same thing with purple side.

It's incredibly annoying when you get in game to issue a movement command so you are ready as soon as you finish shopping, only to realize you've strayed just slightly out of range of the shop even though you are on the platform. Same thing going back to lane as well. it's incredibly annoying to have to walk backwards a little bit to be able to shop when you should be able to buy on the platform.

I'm willing to bet this is fixed in the Rift update and won't actually be implemented until then.

I remember a thread exactly like this not too long ago that actually got a small Red post about it agreeing that it's really weird and that they'll ask those who work in the proper departments to look into it. Although I don't know with the SR update if it's being shipped with that, or if they simply forgot to fix it even though they have the perfect opportunity now.
