When will Lux mains stop defending their freelo?

Is it the hardest match up? I find Lulu or even Zed more troubling. The only reason I find that I'm losing to Zed is because he pushes me in and I tilt a bit easier than others against him. >___>; I've been improving though, so eh.

Only reason Lulu is annoying is cause E blocks my E, and she can ulti before I ult to prevent dying. :|

Zed is a easy matchup. When he ults just drop a q behind you, w under you, and ult him. If he does a W + Q + E combo to clear the wave you can get a bunch of free harass with space aids + autos. As long as your keeping e on the wave generally you shouldn't be staying pushed in (Even then.. zed pushing you in is overextending and making him a easier gank and giving you a advantage if he's stupid enough to tower dive). If you get ahead and build Zhonya's there is literally nothing Zed can do but roam.

As for lulu I honestly haven't ran into many lulu mids lately. I'd say just watch out for glitter lance poke from her putting pix on the minions and just play the matchup normally. There isn't really anything on her kit that would give a particularly large advantage against Mal'zahar. Whimsy has a shorter range than Call of the void so you can q her then apply space aids. Wild growth is worthless if you ult her in a null zone. Rank 1 malefic visions does around 1/4 more damage than help pix can block so early on it will help. Later on help pix outshields that damage by itself but still easily breaks on call of the void.
