why isn't there an ap giant slayer? i mean yes ap hits hard, but when you get a fatass tahm or someone its skill kind of difficult to deal with.

Giant slayer caps at a 500 HP difference. That would do more to harm the mid range Bruisers, while barely touching the Hyper tanks.

You really need Liandry's if your going to chunk out a hyper tank.

Yeah but can you really us LT with champions like ekko or Kassadin who are not blasters

Because ADCs are supposed to be better at dealing with tanks than mages (with a few exceptions).
