First, get your facts straight before complaining. You're a whole second off. Secondly, cc tends to limit what you can do, there's really no point in complaining about cc doing it's job.

First, QSS removes it like other forms of cc, if that is going to find its way into your usual builds. Secondly, you can dodge the ability in the first place. You can also still move, and fire off non-targetted abilities. If you have decent map awareness, you should have a general idea on where to position yourself for the TWO SECOND duration.
