Ascension

Okay so I've noticed that Azir (the upcoming champion) keeps talking about being ascended. It states in his lore that he is ascended, and evidently he doesn't like Xerath very much (who happens to be an 'Ascended Human'. The first thing I thought of when all this ascension talk started, was Infernal Nasus. He keeps going on and on about how he is now ascended. He says that all the mortals will be purged and such. He is also very demonic/hellish. So I thought (before I started thinking about the ascended thing) that Nasus and Azir would be friends. They seem similar somehow, they appear to be both intellectual in nature. So I thought that when Azir first came to be (he was gone for many long years? And now he just showed up?) he first met Nasus and befriended him (hence his distaste of Renekton). So maybe in return Azir ascended Nasus somehow? Maybe Nasus was corrpted through this process, although nothing would indicate this. Maybe since Xerath is supposed to be infinitely powerful, and is ascended, Azir is supposed to be infinitely powerful. And so they came up with the Nasus skin thinking he is one of only two champions who can literally be infinitely powerful. I want to know what y'all might think about this.
