My Struggles in League

Ahh, there's nothing like a 7 game losing streak, 1 win per day, and trying to help my team out but failed as a support.

I am ultinix, as you can see (just look at my name), and I am currently Bronze 2 (0 LP), and a Support/Mid main (mostly I played support.)

So now onto my struggle, here's the thing, I am losing more games than actually winning. I am not on tilt or anything (ok, maybe I am), it's just that it is kind of frustrating for me to actually try to win and climb with a help from my teammates and myself. I support as much as possible, trying to engage and do some effective yet risky plays, but I just can't find myself actually winning. Sometimes it's my fault when we lost a game, sometimes it's my team's fault, but usually I blamed myself on the loss cause I believe every game loss is, my fault. I usually try to figure out what I could have done better, so I tried to apply some solutions whenever I play a game, but it usually didn't work out, and sometimes we end up losing a game. I try everything I could to try to improve and win some games, but I also know that League is a game to have fun. Sure, it's nice to win, but what League of Legends is is a fun game. But at the same time, I want to improve and climb, but I just can't find myself to do that. I tried everything, watching and reading guides, tips and tricks, identifying my mistakes, but I still can't win.

So the point is of this thread is how do I fix this struggle? Should I try new lanes like I going back to play Ahri mid (Great at her), should I try doing something different, and etc.

Like recently, my kill participant has rose up from 43% to 53%, yet my team and I still lost the game, despite the fact that I tried to help and make them fed for them to carry the game. I am still trying to improve and I am still having fun with League, but it's really hard for me to actually climb and win more games.

So the question is, what is my problem and how do I fix my problem in order to climb and improve?

(If it is taking a break, I have done that multiple times, yet I still lose games.)

By the way, what do you do if your adc sucks in bot lane, should I continue staying with my adc, or roam to help others? I roamed last game, but it only made my adc feeding the enemy adc. So any answer to this?

If you have a bad adc help push mid and tell your adc to just try your best to keep the tower safe by killing minions so they can't tank it for the enemy. Then your midlaner can come help bot.

Maybe I should go back playing mid? I have been playing Cassiopeia lately in bot games, and I have a hang on her,

For me, it's all about prioritizing the objectives. With first blood towers a thing now, that or drag should be the most pressing concern early game (in general of course, not always). I too am a support main and I used to be Bronze. I find that it's best to roam and put pressure throughout the map. when to roam can be tricky though, and I'm definitely no expert in it, however, in my experience I have found that I don't always have to back when my ADC does... so when they back, I roam mid to try to set something up, or go get drag with my jg. If your ADC is bad and you're stuck under tower... well I make sure we don't overextend and we wait for mid-late game and tell them to grab cull. If your lane is doing amazing, make sure you roam to try to help another lane get caught up. As for farming teammates that won't group... It's a tough one, but if you roam mid and cause havoc usually jg or ADC will end up joining. Again... in my experience, I'm no expert.

Find a friend that'll play adc, and get setup with a voice chat (Skype / Curse / Razer Comms / etc). Then play a few bot games together to get used to each other. Then you should be good to go. I find that Nami is my support of choice 'cause of the heal (without taking damage casting it), popup and haste / extra damage really helps out an adc. I wouldn't play Soraka anymore 'cause she's been nerfed to being difficult. Blitzcrank and Thresh are both kinda aggressive supports that don't have heals and not much for shields, so you have no way to really help your adc recover from a small mistake or protect them if they get in a bit of trouble. If not Nami , I'd play Sona, although her heal got downgraded recently too iirc. Karma and Lulu also have shields but not healing (this can be fixed with item 3174 ).
