I Know I'm Late about the TSM vs SKT's scrims, but...

I just read and notice about this news today (I am over 8 billion years late to the party :(, but was busy with school), and the only question I want to ask is, will this hurt TSM's and SKT's performance at Worlds and will this give some kind of advantage to the other teams and make them counter TSM's and SKT's plans? Just asking, please no hate and flames.

Want to provide a link or more information? I have not heard of what you are talking about and interested to learn more.

I believe that both teams consented to the scrims being posted online, so the meaning of that is completely up to interpretation.

Of course, teams don't use every strategy they know in scrims, because then they'd just get hard countered in the games that actually matter. While the scrims being released COULD theoretically hurt the teams, it could theoretically also fool teams into thinking they know TSM's / SKT's strategies, which will inherently give TSM or SKT the advantage.

I doubt it will hurt too much since there is a whole summer split's worth of footage to study on TSM.

Maybe tsm's game, seeing as they revealed comms and can be crucial to their game, not skt though, matter of fact they were holding back if you look at the games closely, lots of easy kills they passed on, if you noticed, tsm was nearly always ahead, skt is trying to up their "behind" game in scrims.

It's PRETTY OBVIOUS who leaked it. By knowing who leaked it, you can also figure out the motive behind it. Quite honestly, I find it pretty crazy that no one got in trouble for it.

TSM wants to create hype. That is all

I doubt it will affect their performance. No non-meta picks were shown in the scrims nor were any terribly unique strategies used.

As far as people saying SKT was holding back I don't think that was the case. Games were very back and forth and seems to be consistent with how both teams played in the summer split. Neither team was throwing or making huge macro mistakes to "get behind."
