mute button in lobby
title... why this has not been put in is beyond me
i float around D4-D2 and come across the same people almost every game. and yes you cant avoid toxic people, but its even worse when you have only 1% players to go with

...and also, the reverse. Enter a lobby and get informed that someone on your team is on your mute list. You don't necessarily know why, so maybe you want to give them a second chance. Turning off mute as early as champ select would be handy.
I used to think that muting someone would also block them from being on your team, which I would do if someone was toxic OR if they were bad (and especially both). Last time I went into Champ Select with someone I'd blocked I came to realize it was because they were just not good. Since I can't keep them off my team, at least opening communication might help them learn to be less terrible.
