not broken level, i'd say close to it. main issue is his W being kinda bullshit, with the shield, if the numbers on the shield alone get dropped a hell of a lot early in, and can scale to the crazy borderline busted level i'd be ok with him
You mean the shield that goes off extremely quickly, requires him to take dmg and stops immobile jugg from moving towards his target?
Biggest problem with him might be his passive working against turrets.
He is extremely broken, question mark.
What champion has not been insanely bonkers broken on release. Sometimes players don't know they are, but they always are, all the way back since jinx release.
This is just another example of riot degenerate logic.
Make a champ super overtuned so its ... fun? to play but not against.... so it gets permaed and no one can play it until it gets nerfed multiple times. Dumb as fuck.
And every one of those that I seen so far went for Steraks to top it off.
