can we MAYBE do something about klepto??? or hell ranged champs played to into melee

cant say this season is fun what so ever, top lane has been nothing but faceroll champs like riven, jax. or people that abuse some of those beyond cancer range picks, kennen, vayne, lucian, ezreal. (worst by far being kennen)

some of these take an already terrible RNG fest rune that has quite honestly no place in this game at all to levels that make me question why bother playing. I have played vs kennen top probably 1/3 games so far this season, yet nothing gets done about how insane it is, champ is range, has an escape, aa buff/speed, stuns aoe. while sitting back spamming autos on melee getting items/gold from klepto, so not only are you already in the shitter he gets more gold and farm. based on pure RNG ,stupid stat imo, same with crit.

at some point killing that champ or range top would be great, heck removing klepto in general that would be nice. rune has done nothing but make champs that can spam it massive problems.

anyone that plays melee top, soon as you see kennen you know you're not going to be playing the game. just getting spammed from across the lane for free and eating damage you cannot do anything about. taking off 75 or 50 aa range from that dumb champ would be a start

i could go on forever how much i flat out hate playing vs klepto or range (kennen) top, though that'll be pointless when that is all i need to state
