Should NOT be allowed into ranked.
They should be penalized and do a mandatory 10 matches in normals to practice.
I just had a player with 23% win rate overall. This player went nunu top. Jumped into my jungle, took wolves, took gromp, based, tped top, and put me behind.
Thanks Rito. Letting players like these go 20 games without bans.

If you ban the worst players from ranked, then your rank gets lower because there's nobody below you.
MysterQ1 votesDid he lane at all initially? Was this at level 1 and he just didn't go to lane? Did it really affect your entire clear and game losing those camps? Did you not consider starting blue buff for his Consume and fast leash?

Yes, it affected me. The player made an account just to troll. I saw 17 previous losses on his account.

CancerBasedGod1 votesThe problem is that it dumps most people in bronze after placements, so you're stuck with the worst of the worst. You need to start silver, so the worst of the worst can fall down to a lower rank, and placements wont deal with them.

My win rate has dropped below 40% but you know what. In 90% of those game I have the highest dmg in the game, highest cs in the game, most objectives taken in the game and was the only one who seemed to be trying to win.
If they ever make the match system so it isn't total s hit they they could do something like this but as is no.
I'd say the bigger problem is riot has encouraged trolling in their games and now you will get more games decided by who has the troll than who has the skill.

WhiteDragunov1 voteswell, i dont get it i have a i believe around hte 40% win rate but i do very good each game. i get at least 10 kills min with 2-3 deaths and around 5 assists. i guess its my curse to play every mmo game with a shitty winrate ratio. i dont think i should be punished for that. i already suffer from horrible teams. lol even battlefield 1 my kdr is 51/20 my win rate is 33% some ppl have a curse to be in shitty matches.

Sadly it's more common than people realize.
It's pretty hard to catch them unless they admit it or run it down mid... 3+ times
That's just how league's limited automated system works. And it can't be too aggressive because if it bans even a couple legit players the system has failed
Anyone with an unranked s6 plat+ account just has to play 10 games for the next victorious skin basically. They will likely land in gold for free.
Taking Nunu and stealing your jungle is pretty blatant though.
