But i don't think it will pass on, it's dumb imo.
the reworks alone is interesting enough for people to try her.

Minarde1 votesUnfortunately, Riot already started ignoring non-SR maps when designing champion passives a while ago. Azir had no passive on the Crystal Scar after the AS-portion was shifted to his W, and Ivern was released with a passive that's unusable on Howling Abyss.
This proposed Shyvana passive would be noteworthy for being only usable on SR, but the designer did mention special casing for other maps if the change goes through.
