The would be because they are aggravating to deal with. They might not be overpowered, but they are champions I'd rather not have in my games.

10 bans would be the worst thing to ever be implemented. it already takes forever to do the picking/banning, why add 4 extra bans?

Eh, I don't really bother with a main. If a single champion HAD to get the title though it would be Riven cause she's highest mastery on all my accounts.

So I guess, been there, done that. lol Still worth.

Everyone hates how 100-0 he is. A roaming Talon jumps on your carry and suddenly you get a Rengar-esque greeting on how it is to push up lane. He nukes any AD carry without proper peel in literally seconds.

Do you understand that he's rank 107 on most banned champions?

Unless Riot opens up to 107 bans per game, it's unlikely you will have Talon banned with any degree of frequency.

You should worry with him after the assassins update tho. It might make him into a bigger problem and increase his ban rank.

That's why I'm worrying. Also why I don't play much talon. I'm too scared they'll change him and I won't like it.
