aatrox : Damage reduction on ult ??!

Would it be possible to give aatrox damage reduction during this ult. i mean he already deals % damage hp true damage to himself might as well make sure he cutting himself for the right reasons. another buff would be to make his blood price and thirst apply every third hit simultaneously during massacre
