Riot its time to free up Names again

Riot needs to free up in game names for summoners once again. Though riot needs to free up more than just level 5 accounts.

Riot should free up any name up of any account that has not had play in over a year (if the accoutn is below 30) and if the account has not had any play over 2 years free up the names from level 30 accounts.

So if an account has not played the game in the mentioned time frames, the players have either given up on the game or the name is being held to be sold at some point. Both are a waste of space and one is against the Terms of Service. Players that lose their names due to inactivity would not be hurt. If they ever logged in again into the game they would be able to enter in a new in game name.

Honestly this should be an automated system at this point so good names are available to the player base.
