Shaco's Puff of smoke

This is prob been said before, and I know of all the champions in the game no one would want shaco to get one even if its slight, but how exactly logically can the enemy see shaco's puff if its in the fog of war?

The reason I ask, is that in every game that has a "fog of war" aspect that I've played if something is in the "fog of war" you don't see it. It doesnt matter if its an enemy or a tree falling. So I purpose this be changed so it is not seen. I know this may have been requested and debated before, but just to be safe I thought I'd post about it.

I think it's fair to be able to see it in the fog. It's part of his counterplay

Riot deliberately changed Deceive so it would show in fog of war best as I can remember. They're aware of what it's doing at any rate.

One of the biggest design problems with junglers is being able to gank with 0 warning whatsoever. It's why Rengar displays an ! now, and why Zac was nerffed pretty friggin hard due to his catapult-over-wards plays.

Also - without the fog of war reveal, Deceive would be indisputably the best QWE gap-closer skill in the game, basically only rivaled by Kassadin's ultimate. Which is an ultimate.

The puff only tips off exceptionally perceptive players as well. It doesn't cause any Shaco reveals on the mini-map, so you can just time a gank when your prey seems really occupied to circumvent that issues.
