Why is life steal still a thing, broken beyond beliefs item 3072 item 3812 + runes giving life steal, when spell vamp got removed (removed, I mean taken away from AP champs to give it to the holy children AD champs) because it was ONLY abused by Vladimir

I can't fucking believe, if you don't 100-0 an ADC with a tiny bit of lifesteal, they'll just drain-tank and get back to full hp in a matter of seconds
