why is hecarim building
and one shotting the carries is beyond me. this is a thetorical question. i know hes a fighter. but hes building full tank and doing too much damage. his devastating strike damage is too much. anyway if we're nerfing champs that build full tank or close to it and one shot carries. hecarim needs to get nerfed as well. hes much harder to peel off than ekko and fizz.

no thats enough damage to one shot carries. his devastation strike chunks squishies for 40-50% of their health.

Hecarim's combo only does ~1100 base damage, that build offers, like, 200 damage ontop of that.
Typical squish has ~2000 HP @18. And 75 armor.
He'd need to do ~3000 damage to one shot a carry when considering 6 item builds.

Conceptual answer to theoretical question: There is a large difference between assassins, who get tools such as percent-health damage and damage amplification abilities which allow them to do far more damage than the amount of damage that they have bought, and other types of champions. This difference is further multiplied when those abilities are used to allow dealing of damage without building offensively, the condition those abilities are founded on. This consequently means that there is yet an even larger difference between assassins functioning with only building defensive items and fighters, for whom the majority of their items are supposed to be defensive anyways.
