as an adc main, rengar is the most annoying. he can one shot with zero counter play...... NOT FUN. also shaco is close behind for same reason

I had some fun moments when I was messing around with Tristana top where I ulted Rengar the moment he jumped out of his ultimate and sent him back over the wall he jumped over. It was great and I maxed out cdr before he did so I usually ulted him before he can land. After his third attempt, he gave up ganking me. I thought it was hilarious.
