For a while, I feel like these champions haven't really been able to shine properly even in crit metas simply because they can't warp a game around them quite as hard as other hypercarries. If you're going to go ahead and blanket nerf crit, at least don't forget that not every adc spikes at 2 items.
They mentioned that Ashe and some other champions will be watched to make sure they remain healthy. If I had to guess Sivir will get nerfed because her W doesn't apply on hit effects, so depending on how the new IE works Sivir may not be able to use it since most of her damage comes from W, which might mean her W won't proc it's true damage as she doesn't hit the target directly, which would be a hard nerf, losing the bonus damage from old IE and not getting the true damage from the new one. But we will have to see how it plays out.
