Slows punish immobile people far more than it punishes those that are mobile.

Either their need to be more sources of tenacity, or slows need to affect dashes in some way. Maybe slows should affect dash speed like they do with Kalista's passive.

You say that, but it's not necessarily true. Champs with mobility are naturally more dependent on moving and thus slows can still hurt them more even in spite of their mobility. A Yasuo that's slowed enough might as well be rooted if there aren't enemies in auto range and a rooted Yasuo is as good as dead. Wheras something like Kog'maw doesn't give a shit if he's slowed unless it's getting him killed.

As of right now, slows only effect Yasuo's E, Kalista's passive, and WW's Ult.

I'm a filthy mobility junky, so I can't relate with y'all.

That sounds pretty interesting. IMO slows are just too powerful at the moment in general though. Most of them are easy to land and ruin positioning just as effectively as a root might.

In general, mobility is a huge problem in this game though. It's why melee carries have to have crazy shit to be viable. It's why Malzahar now has a free Banshee's Veil as a passive. Yada yada.

True. At least a dash from a slowed Champ can get them out of a pinch.

If I remember correctly, slows do effect dashes in that they reduce the animation and travel speed of the dash. It's still faster than running though.

If the slow duration is paused while using mobility that would change things. Because if you use a mobility spell while stunned you take away much of the slow if it's not Nasus wither or something.

One of my biggest issues with slows is how it counters ms-buffs. Most melee's that lack dashes and co rely on ms-buffs to get somewhere, and slows just deny them hard because they are based on total ms which means if some one gets a 30% ms boost and afterwards a 30% ms-slow, he ends with less ms total.

Imo slows need to be changed to flat values(with maybe some expetions like wither), so high ms champs don't get punished as hard by them while low ms might get hurt some more(maybe use 400ms as baseline, so 20%slow now = 80 flat, 30% slow =120 flat and so on, so everyone with above 400 ms isn't impacted as much as before).

I think slows have rather to much than to little impact given that everyone and his mother has atleast some sort of slow and usually with a rather good uptime, so i prefer immobile people not beeing hit as hard by it opposed to mobile ones getting hit harder.
