Can we please get different Jinx changes?
I gotta say, it's nice to see that Jinx is on the radar for buffs. But I think the current pbe changes are in the wrong direction. Jinx's w isn't meant to be spammed. If you do spam it, you'll run out of mana very quickly. The current buffs don't really do anything to help her. If you really want to make any meaningful changes, you either need to do something with her base stats, her passive, or her q. Her r is useful, but I don't think it really needs any changes and her e is already in a decentish spot. The w isn't really useful beyond the occasional cc followup in lane and poke. The windup on it is too long to be useful in late game except for cleanup. If you really want to make changes with it, I think a better idea would be to either decrease the windup on it based on level, or my personal favorite, giving it crit scaling ala Xayah E. The changes that allowed it to crit was nuts, but I think giving it some scaling based on crit would be a more tame alternative.
Another change that would be welcome would be fixing her interaction with Runaans. The problem right now is that she still has the old 25% ad scaling on her runaan's bolt explosions, when it should've been changed to 40% when Runaan's was changed. Fixing this interaction would reinforce her as the AOE adc that makes things explode.
EDIT: Looking at the current patch notes, i was probably wrong about the Runaan's bug. I just tested the aoe out in a bot game and it looks like it is applying the 40%, but it doesn't apply the 10% Rocket bonus as they noted theyre fixing in the notes. This was before patch 7.15. Either way i'm glad they fixed it.

and I dont like that so in short Jinx's ult is incredibly lazy compared to the stuff they were trying in initial testing. Its far from "useful" and is its effectiveness and success cases varies from game to game as a pure damage ability.
