Can we please get different Jinx changes?

I gotta say, it's nice to see that Jinx is on the radar for buffs. But I think the current pbe changes are in the wrong direction. Jinx's w isn't meant to be spammed. If you do spam it, you'll run out of mana very quickly. The current buffs don't really do anything to help her. If you really want to make any meaningful changes, you either need to do something with her base stats, her passive, or her q. Her r is useful, but I don't think it really needs any changes and her e is already in a decentish spot. The w isn't really useful beyond the occasional cc followup in lane and poke. The windup on it is too long to be useful in late game except for cleanup. If you really want to make changes with it, I think a better idea would be to either decrease the windup on it based on level, or my personal favorite, giving it crit scaling ala Xayah E. The changes that allowed it to crit was nuts, but I think giving it some scaling based on crit would be a more tame alternative.

Another change that would be welcome would be fixing her interaction with Runaans. The problem right now is that she still has the old 25% ad scaling on her runaan's bolt explosions, when it should've been changed to 40% when Runaan's was changed. Fixing this interaction would reinforce her as the AOE adc that makes things explode.

EDIT: Looking at the current patch notes, i was probably wrong about the Runaan's bug. I just tested the aoe out in a bot game and it looks like it is applying the 40%, but it doesn't apply the 10% Rocket bonus as they noted theyre fixing in the notes. This was before patch 7.15. Either way i'm glad they fixed it.

As a Jinx main, I would like these changes. While I find her W to be a useful tool for chasing, kiting, or cleaning up, I feel like it should be changed to be more useful situationally when the best answer is always "Fishbones + RFC poke".

Best of luck on getting Riot to see this, I would enjoy these changes (especially the Runaans).

Downvote me all you want but Jinx should be kept weak, we all know she is the worst ADC to be overpowered, she might be immobile but AOE crits are the most broken mechanic on any ADC in the game, period. And she is not even bad atm, I would say she is decent.

Idk why they didn't just give her the crit on W but make it like a reduced crit. Runaans fix would probably help too.

honestly atm my main use for W is to combo it into ult to finish someone or to engage on someone.

Why the hell does jinx need buffs? Vayne and ezreal are more in need of buffs than her, looking at win rate play rate.

I think R is Jinx's WORST skill when you analyze and actually take a in-depth look at it. R needs to have its damage shifted away from being so execute reliant or it needs a secondary use (allowing it to proc and damage/execute Turrets).

R is a execute and nothing more. Even if you land an across the map it will do peanut damage because

  1. a Large portion of its power is in the missing HP Ratio.
  2. Jinx does not build that much armor pen meaning it will get its damage largely resisted most of the time

AND Even if you did remove the missing HP damage and just buff the base damage and ratios then at the end of the Day Jinx ult ultimately overlapping with Draven and Ezreal and I dont like that so in short Jinx's ult is incredibly lazy compared to the stuff they were trying in initial testing. Its far from "useful" and is its effectiveness and success cases varies from game to game as a pure damage ability.

I want a full re-imagining of Super Mega Death Rocket. Along with some more heavy handed modifications to Fishbones and Pow-Pow or her passive.

MY suggested Jinx Changes would be

-Pow-Pow Reduces Jinx attack damage by X% but allows Jinx to break the AS cap from 2.5 to 3.5 -Fishbones crit rockets have 50% increased Area of effectivness -Super Mega Death Rocket can execute turrets below 30% HP

IMO I would like to rework her Using Pow Pow only feels like a machine gun when you have tons of attack speed, but it still isn't that cool I would say make it so while using it, she deal reduced damage, but goes beyond the attack speed cap, but we have all learned our lesson with that... I was thinking of something like the new urgot W, where she attack rapidly, but on hit effects aren't stupidly broken on her Of course it needs some work, but I am bad at thinking of reworks
