Its a buff to the Yasuo players that are actually good. The Good Yasuo's will max E and basiclaly become laning terrors. This is only a nerf to the bad Yasuo players that don't think as much with their E's

DeadUnborn6 votesYa I know what it makes, it makes it so you cannot zone a tank or mage opponent out of the minion wave by simply holding of your stacks until they are about to expire, plus having a shield and w to deter poke and then mindlessly push with e to get first tower
