Any uses for worthless runes?

Is there ANY reason or champion that can make use of time spent dead, EXP gained, scaling AD, etc? Is there ever a real reason to use energy runes for energy champs over just raw stats? Im at the point where i have all the necessary and most useful runes with the exceptions the ones that arent useful for much of anything on anyone. I was thinking of just trying out some rune pages utilizing them because why not.
