Suggestion - Allow players to set up hotkey schemes for champions + store key mappings on server

[What] One default scheme that is set up for all champions. Player can override ability hotkeys for specific champions. Another really helpful feature would be saving key maps on server so that you can set up them once and use on any computer. In addition saving on server gameplay settings (display mana cost, show damage, hide summoner names, etc) would be just awesome since all player have their unique preferences.

[Why] It will be very convenient. Most champions can use default scheme (smart cast all) and use alternative hotkeys (self cast or smart cast with indicator with Alt, Ctrl, etc). But there can be a more convenient way where you can override specific abilities to better match specific champion. For example Elise is better with smart cast on all abilities except for cocoon which would be nice to have on indicator cast to see max range. Or LeBlanc (sometimes and for those that didn't have 100+ games on her) is better with Q/E on smart cast but W on indicator cast to see radius of Distortion (let's omit R for now). Saving settings on server would be helpful for those that share PC with family member or play from e-net cafe since all players have their unique setup.
