Early game champions.

**Note: This is not meant to be a complaint thread about if a champion that's suppose to be strong early game and weak late game is instead strong all game. **

So I was wondering, which champions besides Pantheon and Renekton are early game champions? Ones who fall off late game but are monsters in the early game.

Also, do you think we should have champions with such a power curve early game? Personally I would like Pantheon to be more of a mid game champion, but I'm fine with his power spike as is if I play him right (Sure I have my own issues with his kit, but I have fun with him regardless).

Pantheon can be a mid game champion if he does well early.

Indeed he can. I've never played rank so it may not mean anything, but I've found I can keep him as a powerful threat in most of my normals if I farm well in lane.

If you are playing him top you are playing him as a lane bully, you need to get ahead and snowball, if you dont its going to be very hard to play him from behind. If you play him jungle he is probably aimed more towards the mid game when he gets a couple items. Late game hes not as strong because his true damage isn't as threatening as it was earlier in the game. He can still be good late game with what he does don't get me wrong.. but its not nearly as threatening as an early-mid game olaf..

How are Nidalee MissFortune Caitlyn Shaco good early lol

Nidalee is an aggressive early jungler she can take advantage of others who are weaker in the jungle. MF and Cait are generally solid lane bullies, cait for her extremely long range. and shaco is good for applying early pressure in both lanes and enemy jungle, once team fights start hes not as strong and usually focuses on split pushing at that point.

XinZhao Garen Darius Rengar

Out of all of those I hate Xin Zhao the most. Point and click gap closer that applies a 2 second slow. If he clicks his mouse on you, that's half or more of your HP gone. Takes literally 0 skill, and I've been shit on by people 2 divisions lower than me. If you give him a kill your lane is literally over.

JarvanIV Chogath Maokai Nautilus Those are really good early-game champions if you can play them right. After awhile, their damage becomes insignificant and you just have to go tank, but that's the idea anyways.
