Why do most tanks have such a coward gameplay ?

Tanks are usually the ones going frontline, but most of them in this game really have a coward-like gameplay.

Let's see some

: Pokes with Q and runs away with R if he's low (sorry not sorry, someone building 0 offensive items isn't a "fighter") : Spams E in bushes, then uses Q to disengage if someone tries to engage : Spams E in lane, or uses R to run away : Dash through walls : Do I need to explain ? xd (I know he isn't a tank, but same as , most of the time he just builds full tank split-push mode) : Uses R to fly away (Same as Udyr, "not a tank", but heck his kit screams "tank") : Pokes with Q in lane until you're low enough, and then presses R to pick up a kill. Or presses R to escape. : Can Q to run away

Your description of a tank suits only team fights. If it's a laning situation, like all your examples are suggesting, then there is no front line/ backline at all. In 1v1 they must be able to escape somehow or have a way to stay in lane a bit longer. Also for Malphite and Galio , even Sion , why don't you say they use R to engage or jump in the middle of a team fight? It's like AsheKillerGG said. Depends on how you play them.

its because their actual tank stats are garbage. Their scaling with health, armour, and mr are laughable for tanks. Instead they scale with damage & have moderate base stats which is why you see tanks building trinity force and lethality now.

Tanks. Cowards??? Not seeing it, not with the amount of other cowardly champs. Running around like Ekko or most other assasins

Aside from Mundo and Udyr (who are fighters), most of the "cowardly tactics" are situational things that would be high risk no reward (using your ult to escape) or hard/pointless to do (using your hard engage to escape).
