Why isnt udyr ever spoken of as a champion for a rework

I see this guy once a year (thanks god i didnt see him lately) But i hate him the most

Why is a guy who has such a vague design of strenghts and weaknesses not being sheduled for rework ? On top of the fact that you need to pay for his vu (ultimate skinns represent a champion from other perspective. not give them a better look that 100% fits their current lore and design) otherwise he is ugly as hell.

It would be nice if riot could make something fun (and healthy) out of this guy, because right now he competes only raw power ... in the most toxic way (your team needs to be composed of stunns stacked on blinks and dashes and knockups ... otherwise you will have a bad time ... well you might have a bad time even when everyone in your team counters udyr because he is a bastard).

he isnt realy weak ... or should i say that despite all of the things that should counter him and make him weak ... this bastard can decimate teams outrunning even pre lvl16 kassadin and even if he wont catch kassa kassa will go oom and udyr will still ham him

its just that he is outdated and creates loads of toxic interactions (i cant hit you becuase then you will catch me and kill me ... even thou im a blue ez with 405 cdr and iceborn ... thats insane)

I don't think he needs a rework. He has a unique skillset that allows for him to be built in a large variety of ways. He has a lot of power, but it can be heavily mitigated by kiting and CCing him before he can get his bearslap on you. He encourages teams to work with him and work around him and I think that's a good part of the game.

Udyr is one of the best Duelists in the game and can take many champions 1v1 if they are evenly matched in terms of items. But I don't think that makes him toxic for the game. That is one of his main strengths. He is pretty weak in teamfights and can be focused down rather quickly if he is the only tank on the team. It sounds like you have been facing a very farmed/fed Udyr, because even slightly mobile champions and/or decent CC can keep him down. (However if the enemy team has someone with a ranged initiate like Gragas Sejuani Zac Malphite or Annie , he can follow up very well)

I don't know. I think he's fine. Sometimes Udyr wrecks your team, sometimes he's borderline useless, and sometimes he's in the middle. It really depends on the player, his team, and those he's playing against.
