I have no problem with him ULTING and one shotting. But what annoys me the most about Rengar is the little things, his movement speed off using an ability after stacking passive, the mobility from q, the qss from empowered w, and the cc from e. None of these things on their own is what makes me rage but all of them combined is what is tilted. Shit the same can be said for riven imo. Champs who can do it all.

Movement speed on every empowered ability is not needed. Q should be scrapped from kit and original Q added with unability for his basic attack to crit on the aa reset. Qss on emp W should be removed, but yet to find what can replace because a fear seems broken and shield meh, no clue. CC on e is needed otherwise he loses power as a jungler. He needs some form of cc.
