That is not the problem with fiddle. He is still very strong and would see more play if there was a jungle item that was good on him. pre ruinglave fiddle had a really good win rate and was highly played in korea.

and that's why he needs buffs, because he doesn't have a jungle item and riot won't put one.

so he does not need a buff he needs a good jung item. Fid has a insane late game a buff will just make him broken. riot just needs to give him some jungle love and make a good item
