My first Sett complaint

He brings stun with E (though heavily dependent on enemy positioning) and his ult though the range to activate is insanely short.

He seems about on par for utility as the other juggernauts to me, so I'm slightly confused.

you have garen, single target silence,, thats it.

even juggers with more cc than that have way less than sett, like darius, his pull is like half version of setts, but sett has the wombo ult, both have forms of sustain and high damage but setts requires less effort to utilize.

like everyone said, keep the utility, nerf the damage
