They are moronic,we all know they are,they shouldn't exist,we all know that(except maybe those who main them),and yet we let them dominate,and let them ruin so many games,why?
Is it really that hard to simply cut all of their damages in half? doubling all of their cooldowns? makes them only be capable of dealing damage to themselves?
No good can come out of both of these cancers,why shouldn't they be poppy tier?

this would make him immune to Dodging tower shots. and attacks such as Leblanc's Q
but still make it so he can dodge skill shot attacks.
THis falls under the same issue with Spider Queens E In spider form. she was later made to still take damage when she repelled because it was just to Un fun To have her become immune and so on.
so why does Fizz not get the same nerf. exept only with Direct target damage spells.
