Veigar has some pretty serious mana problems early game. He could use some love with a lowered mana cost on Q since you have to spam it a lot to farm AP. Maybe give some mana back on a kill so that you can farm better with it but will cost a lot more if you harass instead.

and increase his stack gain to 10 ap per creep killed!.
I remember when Veigar was strong. Please, not again. It's bad enough he has the strongest non-ulti in the game, but combine that with a completely uninteractive lane phase? At least Nasus is melee range to stack.
All they need to do is give him back his base damage they nerfed from him so he can actually farm again and trade again.
Kinda annoying to have people live with 10-20 hp because Riot nerfed that when Veigar wasn't a problem and it was just TP being the source of it.
