Besides you shouldnt be looking at adc maybe consider nerfing long time no skill broken supports like Janna who amp up Vaynes broken state even further. Theres a fair number of players who cant play anything but Janna soraka and sona this needs to be addressed ( too much gain with no tradeoff ) along with nerfing Vayne. Riot rather buffing every other ad over nerfing Vayne shows you how dependent they are on those Vayne skin buyers and gosu fanboys who make for a large part of the overall playerbase. The same can be said about Yasuo that champ will never be truly nerfed as theyd also lose too much money and players.
