90% of the servers are bad players.

No, they shouldn't be banned. Yes, they should be restricted from ruining other people's games and educated on how to improve their play.
Any jerk can play chess. If you play against someone who is familiar with moves, counterplay, mind games, etc, then your amateur "omg the horsey moves" ass gets destroyed. In a competitive 5v5... if one or 2 or 3 people on your team are diddling the horse while you're trying to make a Q to B6 checkmate move it's not fucking fun to play with them and the MMR system isn't enough to help combat this issue. Even more so in lower ranks.

Silvers get banned, now the gold are terrible.
Goldies are banned, I guess the plats are pretty horrible as well. Might as well ban them.
The list goes on.
Well if they banned bad players from the beginning, nobody would be playing the game because everyone was bad at one point.
Probably not ban, but there should be some sort of punishment in ranked, and if not, then at the very least the bad players teammates shouldn't be punished.
Depends on how you define "bad" I guess. If you mean unskilled, then obviously not. If you mean people who act like children and make you never want to play another game with them in your life, then sure, I'm all for that.
No they should not be banned, but Riot should do something to help rank making it more fun rather than a 37vs9 end of game kind of game. Where the game is not even close to being a tie sort of speak.
Riot needs to bring a tutorial that all players must participate in (Unless you are like diamond+). The tutorial would teach the players the importance of farming, when to group/gank, how to counter build, etc.
Or, Riot can have a system where it tracks how well you do in Norms. To see if you are ready for Ranked.

simply put , theres a reason why we have a ranked system, you play with those who you equal. those who play normals will just have to deal with bad people. if u dont want bad people then climb the ranks

No one was born good at League, mate. Not even Faker. So, no, bad players should not be banned.
if you mean "bad players" in the sense they are bad members of the community and toxic then yes. people that aren't the best at playing the actual game than nah some people just play casually and for fun.
