Where is our compensation for the reroll scam? @riot

Now that it has surfaced that you have been purposely withholding critical information regarding the chances of rerolling skins from each tier and have made many players spend money on capsules with abysmal contents, you should feel some sort of obligation to give those players some form of compensation.Realistically, no one would have rerolled shards or bought capsules to get these shards for that matter, had they known about these atrocious odds. Many players, myself included, rerolled countless shards for the chance at getting one of the better 1350 + skins that you have been releasing a lot of lately, and understandably so. Who could have known that the odds of getting one of these were virtually non-existent, as someone on the boards was kind enough to point out. And because all of this was deliberate and kept secret for as long as possible, this has to be seen as a scam. People reroll shards for the chance at getting a random skin, as stated in game, not for a chance at getting a random 520 RP one. If this was a measure, recently implemented, to counteract the increasing number of people choosing to reroll shards instead of redeeming them(again perfectly reasonable and the best way to go about hextech crafting with what information we are given in game and redeeming shards being way expensive), this is an even more miserable act.
