How to make Yasuo Banned LESS

Ok I am tired of my posts that are TRYING to achieve the goal of making Yasuo NOT the most banned champion in the game getting downvoted.

I have put forth MULTIPLE ideas based on the idea that his W - Windwall is what makes him so hated in the community that a non-OP or broken champ is the MOST BANNED at all ranks.

So what ideas do others have?

Some caveats:

Yasuo IS NOT broken. He can be dealt with if played around correctly. We are NOT TRYING TO NERF HIM. We are trying to adjust him so he will be banned LESS often. This is from someone who has played him maybe two dozen times and is a Marksmen main.

His shield is annoying but EASILY played around as long as you understand how it works. Pop it with an auto or poke ability, wait 1 second, nuke. It does not block CC, only damage.

He NEEDS high damage output and mobility as that is his ENTIRE identity.

Serious suggestions please.

My only gripe with Yasuo is his Ultimate triggers off of too many things. Hes a strong champion on his own, but having any of these ult enabling champions on his team make him overloaded and too reliable. He should only be able to ult off of his own Tornados. If you need to compensate buff him with a CD reduction on his ult, fine do it.

Serious suggestion? Remove double crit (he's already manaless and has a passive shield). I wonder what this would really do to him. Many claim like it will ruin him but without double crit he can have normal autos again, Q won't have reduced crit damage and he isn't fixed to a build. He can go fighter, tank, crit, ad caster whatever. At the moment all his builds include crit, he builds shiv, IE then other things. There isn't much diversity there. You don't build crit and people might think you are trolling.

Previous suggestions I have put forth:

One was to reduce some of his damage while increasing his defensive abilities. Instead of Double crit, make it 1.25 times or something and give his shield a bit more duration and lower his dash on target cooldown.

Two was a NERF for his Windwall, Making the duration scale with ranks instead of flat at all ranks. After discussing with a Yasuo main I was made to realize this may be too much.

Three was to switch his W and R. Making his R a more powerful version of his Windwall with higher CD and his W a single target knockup reliant dash that does a chunk of damage to the target hit and gives him armor pen on crits like his ult but for far less time.

Punish him for being bad by lowering his 1- and 2-items powerspikes and removing some fail-safe mechanics

  1. EQ combo removed, Q tornado speed increased a bit, Q cd no longer scales with AS but scales with CDR, base Q cd a bit less. He has to actually hit his skillshot Q, but its a bit easier now with increased tornado speed and lower base cd. Lategame he has to get some cdr if he relies on using his knockup more often, or just ignore it and go full aa
  2. Ult duration decreased, no longer refreshes his shield(still adds to shield generation as if he walked all the distance), no longer positions him out of turret range, Yasuo can teleport at any point near the target(similar to Kata E or Kaisa R), Yasuo has no cd on ulting targets he knocked up himself Ult is now more of a damage+reposition tool. Its cc is nerfed, but it also locks Yasuo in place for shorter time. Rewards him for hitting far away targets in a teamfight and makes good Yasuos that hit multiple tornados(with their lategame cd nerfed and EQ removed) much stronger
  3. W is now a line instead of a rectangle(so Yasuo can't stand in it and be invulnerable), duration and cooldown reduced by half. Yasuo can E his windwall(with usual cd per target) It is more of a "reaction" tool now. It is up more often, but he can't block projectiles from all directions at once by standing in it and lowered duration makes it less of a team protection tool during siege/drake/nashor fights.

Yasuo since release has almost NEVER dropped off the top 3 most banned champ list. His win rate is under 50%. His tier is A-B. He is not broken. He is not overpowered and he still manages to be in the top 3 for MULTIPLE YEARS and over MULTIPLE metas. WHY is NO ONE willing to really address this so we can remove a toxic identity in League. He is not being banned cause of normal reasons, OP or broken. He is being banned cause his kit is HATED.

This seems like a HUGE game health issue. How do we fix it?
