So currently we are sitting at 812 skins including the newest Hunter Project Skins and Zoe's Skin. Of those there are 23 skins that have never been rereleased in their original forms.

" Skins that got a small design change or were given a special border for the original owners when they were re-released but are still considered separate skins. ^ Specifically the skins that this post is addressing.

  • Skins available to obtain through legal methods IE. Honor Capsules or winning a Tournament
  • Collector's Edition Skins

For the skins not given for something like Ranked rewards, Beta, or Collector's Edition stuff or obtainable through other actions like Honor system, more specifically the UFO Corki which was given as a reward for anyone playing in the year that League won a video game award, how many would be against that one being re-released?

Cause I missed that deadline by weeks. I had been in Basic Training and AIT for the Army before that period and heard little if anything about LoL. Also for the larger fanbase on the global market I think it would be a show of support for the areas of the world which couldn't or didn't know about LoL to re-release this particular skin since its one that was given because of Fan support of the game.

Also I am not sure about how Riot Singed was gotten as there is a bit of conflicting accounts when I searched I believe it was given at an event similar to the PAX skins but different?

I'm pretty sure a lot of these are up for consideration when it comes to the yearly Blue Essence Emporium. Let's hope they come back in some way or another.

im on pbe right now and i finally got every available skin and the number is at 814 but i can see the ones i dont have ad i counted, as of 4/18/2018 there are 834 skins on pbe

Maybe, and I could be wrong, it's just a "wonders of the world" effect that they're going for here.

Sure, there are very very cool limited edition items that were intended for those at a certain event and whatnot, but... think about it. What's the point of earning victorious skins if all you gotta do is wait a few months and buy it later? What's the point of going to PAX at all (specifically those who only want the goodies, I can't blame them either.) if you could just wait a while, and buy them later?

I don't know, maybe compare it to super rare pennies or cars. If the 300 1928 Wheat misprints (Purely an example, I don't care to look up the real pennies.) were just suddenly mass produced and made available to people, they wouldn't be worth thousands to millions of dollars. Same goes with cars such as the 1961 Ferrari "Spider". There are only what, about 50 or so in existence and it generates a sense of awe if not sentimental value because it's something special that not everyone can have.

Trust me, it's a subliminal thing, but people respond very well when they have exclusives. I'm not by any means calling you a bad guy or anything but don't take the specialness of the skins from them. If I had anything that I could say not everyone has I wouldn't want it to be suddenly mass produced either, because suddenly it isn't special anymore. And that, my dear companion, feels really bad for the person who originally owned the item.

Update: 01.08.2018 01:40 euw. 857 Skins including Poolpartyskins (3) from patch 8.15.

New Akali Skin: Infernal Akali. Old Skin that will either change to infernal or completly vanish: Crimson Akali ---->>> 858 Skins if the Infernal is just added and not a replacement. [vlad-salute]
