Intentional Feeding. Is there nothing that can be done to make up for that game?

So i literally just got out of a ranked game where a katarina autolocked and proceeded to walk off base after taking w and buying no items. She then walked around the entire game feeding whoever she could see walking into lane to feed them. I'm sure this is just one step closer to bronze for me after my provisionals but i don't think rank really matters when it comes to this. But my point is, is there nothing that can be done about people like this? Is there not an insta ban that can be placed on these people isn't it easily detected? I'd just like to know if there is anything that can be done about this..
