I'm feeling dissapointed about that AD Items got buffet and AP items got nerfed. I love to play with AP champions. But I don't see any reason to pick an AP champion nowadays.
So is there any AP champions that are really strong right now? 
AP for lyfe
Yi is probably one of the strongest AP champs atm. Any champ with a DOT to proc deathfire can be strong, or any champ that spams a lot of spells to proc deathfire (sona even) can be strong.
I hope brand gets deleted or nerfed to the ground soon. Hate that champ.

[zombie-brand-mindblown] why ? because the new mastery "deathfire touch" helps him deal another 3 seconds dmg so let's say u used your w on someone you'll deal the spell's dmg +the mastery will proc + your passive + the mastery will proc again for the next time of your passive and after your passive ends + 1.5 second and trust me that HURTS a LOT
They aren't particularly strong but they aren't weak. However I think what you are referring to is they have always been op compared to AD champs and now they are equal
And yes all of them can be built AP
