Jhin needs a buff

He got nerfs to his ult and DFT when the Lethality meta was still around. Now that we are in a BORK/attack speed meta he is weak as shit because every other ADC just lifesteals all his damage back while he's reloading. He could use some compensation buffs to bring his win rate up to a normal level. Honestly I'd like the AD scaling on DFT back now that lethality is weak so lethality users won't abuse it and Jhin can become the premium AD DFT user again.

Another buff I propose is making his Q place a W marker on them, or making it so that the final bounce on Q gets increased range and prioritizes targets marked by the W mark

EDIT: So the only reason I can see for people down voting this post is that they don't like my proposed buffs - those are just ideas for making him better without having to adjust any numbers. And they are just suggestions. These aren't patch notes people.

I'll be waiting for the Mira Arya Enthe post in a week or so saying the same thing and getting to the top of the boards.
