and then, the support is blamed on everything, is blamed for the mid feeding, and the adc not farming and not using his spells, and blamed for jungle losing his buffs, coz the support didn't ward them.

You WILL have people first-timing champs in ranked because they got a skin for them, it's unavoidable in that elo because they either don't understand why that's bad, or simply don't care.
