Draven has broken damage early game, with his Q that also heals him, Cait traps the fuck out of your turret, zoning you, while still being able to harass you miles away, yet our beloved rito still haven't nerfed any of them, like a real nerf, draven is sitting at 54.7% winrate, and has been like this for so many patches..

ashe and varus both are very good counter and safe pick against draven/cait so you can try it
start withdoran shield also give you a breathing change before his first shop
if they cant kill you in lane , almost every adc can scale better than draven/cait
