I refuse to accept that this game is in a healthy state of balance until Kleptomancy is removed.

It was fun to use in pre-season because of how busted it could make some champions. Quite frankly a lot of us thought it was just a fun rune meant as a joke. But now we are well into the Ranked season and it is still in the game and hasn't been changed at all.

This rune, this singular rune can literally turn an Ez/Lulu lane into an unstoppable force based off of pure RNG that the other side cannot control. It can turn GP into a steamroll machine via buffs. It can turn Zoe into even more of a monster. It can give the opponent access to buffs and items well before they were ever intended to in the game.

This singular rune turns the entire early/laning phase of the game into a literal RNG bout where the other player has almost no input at all as to how difficult and ahead their opponent is going to get.

Please for the love of god, remove this rune.
